Pooh Shiesty, whose real name is Lontrell Williams Jr., has been arrested by federal authorities for allegedly robbing and kidnapping Gucci Mane. The Memphis rapper was taken into custody on Wednesday, April 1, alongside Big30 and six other men, and charged with robbery and kidnapping. According to the Justice Department, Pooh Shiesty and his associates invaded a Dallas recording studio on January 10, robbing several people, including Gucci Mane.
The alleged incident involved Pooh Shiesty arranging a meeting with Gucci Mane under the guise of discussing his contract. However, he and the other defendants allegedly executed a coordinated armed takeover, forcing one victim to sign a contract release at gunpoint and robbing others of cash and jewelry. Pooh Shiesty is currently facing serious charges, having previously been sentenced to five years in prison for a firearms conspiracy charge in 2022.
