Paris Jackson, the daughter of pop icon Michael Jackson, has released a haunting new single titled ‘Zombies In Love’. The track was co-written and produced by Linda Perry, the frontwoman of 4 Non Blondes. ‘Zombies In Love’ is the first taste of an upcoming musical project, which is expected to be her second album, set to release later in 2026. The song features Jackson’s deeply felt, vulnerable vocals and a gently arranged backing.
The track was first teased on Valentine’s Day, and now the full single is available, complete with a video. Jackson has been working on the follow-up to her 2020 debut album ‘Wilted’ for several years, and has also released the EP ‘The Lost’ in 2022 and the singles ‘Bandaid’ and ‘Hit Your Knees’ in 2023. The new album is expected to explore personal topics, with lyrics that may be ‘hard for some people to hear’, as Jackson draws on her experiences of ‘pain or heartbreak or loneliness’ in her music.
