Lambrini Girls have announced the rescheduling of their North American tour and withdrawal from Coachella due to lead singer Phoebe Lunny’s recent injury. Lunny revealed that she sustained a neck fracture and an acute brain injury in an accident in Australia, which was initially misdiagnosed. As a result, she is currently under doctor’s orders to avoid flying and performing for the next six weeks.
Despite the setback, the band confirmed that their UK and European shows will proceed as scheduled from late May. The rescheduled North American tour dates have been announced, with shows in New York, Boston, Montreal, and other cities. Lunny expressed her disappointment at missing Coachella but is optimistic about a speedy recovery. The band recently released a new single, ‘Cult Of Celebrity’, and their debut album ‘Who Let The Dogs Out’ received critical acclaim last year.
