David Bowie’s legendary live band from Glastonbury 2000 is reuniting for a charity gig titled ‘Live On The Loch’. The band, consisting of guitarist Earl Slick, keyboardist Mike Garson, bassist Gail Ann Dorsey, multi-instrumentalist Mark Plati, and drummer Sterling Campbell, will perform on November 7 and 8 at Cameron House on the banks of Loch Lomond in Scotland. The event aims to raise funds for Save The Children, a cause close to Bowie’s heart.
The two-day event will feature special guest performers and a black-tie gala dinner with Michelin-starred chef Graeme Cheevers. A guitar auction hosted by Earl Slick will also take place, offering signed, collector-grade instruments from renowned guitarists. The reunion marks the 10th anniversary of Bowie’s death and is a testament to his enduring legacy. Tickets are available, and all proceeds will go towards supporting Save The Children.
