D’Angelo’s ‘Time’ was released alongside a nostalgia-driven music video, which shows an aged version of the singer-songwriter still having the spirit of her early 20s. The song’s lyrics reflect on making the most of the time we have, with D’Angelo singing ‘Just gotta work with what you got’ and ‘If I survive I’ll know / If time was on my side.’ The poll’s final results can be seen below, with ‘Time’ leading the pack.
