Saturday Night Live has shared a new promo featuring upcoming host Jack Black in a TikTok-inspired ‘Get Ready With Me’ video. Black, dressed in a bathrobe and towel, announces that the musical guest will be his ‘brother from another color,’ Jack White. He also reveals that this episode is special because it’s his fifth time hosting SNL.
Black goes through a series of eccentric outfits before settling on a cat graphic tee, pizza and cat patterned overshirt, flame-patterned shorts, and rainbow tube socks. The episode, which will also be Jack White’s sixth appearance on the show, will air on Saturday at 11:30 p.m. ET/ 8:30 p.m. PT on NBC and next day on Peacock. Black is promoting his return as Bowser in The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, while Jack White achieved five-timer status on SNL in 2023.
